Interesting pilgrims We have been keeping pace with a friend from South Carolina, Kimberly. Today is our last day to be in the same place as her - she's been a friendly and kind face to encounter along the way.
Kind host Our host at the albergue does every job possible at the hotel and albergue. He never stops working. He is friendly, kind, and speaks many languages. He's quick with a joke or a light of your smoke, but there's some place he'd rather be. Just kidding, Billy Joel, about the smoke and wanting to be somewhere else part, but he was a highlight of the stay.
Storks built huge nests out of sticks on the top of the church in the town square. We've seen these before, but thanks to our kind host, I now know the birds are storks. Top right corner of the picture to see a nest
